Bouvi Village kennel of Bouvier des Flandres

Bouvi Village is a small family kennel in eastern Poland. We have been devoted to the Bouvier des Flandres for over 12 years, ever since a Bouvier named FATIMA came into our home. Thanks to her, the breed completely stole our hearts and led us to welcome more dogs of this breed into our home.

According to the FCI classification, the Bouvier des Flandres belongs to the group of sheepdogs and cattle dogs. It was once a herding and draught dog. Today it is above all a guard dog that watches over property and protects its family – without a tendency to bark.

The Bouvier shows no signs of aggression without a clear reason. Yet when its family is in danger, it will always stand up for it. These dogs are very brave, alert and intelligent. They become deeply attached to their family and gladly accompany people in everyday activities and on hikes.

Bouvier des Flandres dogs are very patient with children and enjoy spending time with them.
